My Day 1 pic is these yummy quesidillas i was making for dinner/snack.I am trying to lose wieght this yr and get healthy so i decided to use this as my first pic..I am thinking of doin it all food themed but idk.... Good luck to you! Posting a food-related blog will help you to keep track of your food intake. There is a really good web site called myfitnesspal.com - there you can track what you eat throughout the day and keeps track of your calories. You can also enter the different forms of movement you might be doing.
ReplyDeleteI have started a 21-day vegan jump start. I haven't eaten meat for over 17 years and needed some rejuvenation with my vegan lifestyle.
