Trash the dress blowout- May 2012

In May  I went to  my 2nd meetup witch  was Trash the dress.I am so  glad i went to  this  meetup  not only did  i  gain more practice but i  gained  images  that i can use for my portfolio.Some people think meet-ups are dumb and a waste of  money  but its been an awesome  time  and since i  don't  have  a huge group of people  i  know willing to let me take pics , at least i'm getting practice  and at this point thats what i needed.

Hollace~ Maternity session 9/2/2012

I put out a casting call a few weeks ago   for mommys to be  because i'm was lacking images in that for my portfolio.Hollace was one  of the Mommys to contact me  for a session.I was so excited to do  this shoot. We ran out of light and thier lil boy who is so  precious and so  full of ENERGY,  was on the run. the whole time for the most part LOL... We made the most out of the situation and this our results!

My first meet up April 2012

I had heard alot about MEETUP.COM but i  had never joined .Some people had told me its a good way to get out and shoot if you don't have alot of friends/family  to practice on.I have been on several planned shoots  from different t groups on meetup  and i feel  that i have grown so  much by doing  this....Although im a lil scared still meeting others who have more experiance shooting.

Gabby photoshoot - May 2012

Hi everyone! happy Sunday! This blog post is way overdue but since these images were watermarked with the old name i wa using i  just now had time  to  rewatermark  them with the new watermark!

I bet your wondering what happened with Monday inspiration. I'm planning to restart in a few weeks, i have been shooting so  much i am behind with everything and with the name change and finally deciding what website  i was go  through  .I glad to say one has finally been chosen.I  went with a blogsite. A blog site is a website/blog  site all in 1 so i  will have 1 place to update everything. I feel for now  that was the best direction for me to go.I won't be removing this blog or deleting it i am gonna try to have a link to it  on the new site.There are a few kinks i have to  deal with first before i can get back to  working on the new site...I was hoping to launch Sept 1st but I'm thinking  it maybe October or November (i have alot more shooting gigs in September) .I need it  to  be slow so i can be able to focus on getting everything all set up.


So enough of my rambling here is the images from  one of the models i worked with in May

Congrats Ben & Ruby 7/14/2012

I was given a chance to  2nd shoot  for my first time ever  , Thanks  to  the lovely and sweet Lori of Special Moments  Photography  based out of Yuba City California.I have photographed  a wedding  before but this was 2nd shooting.The  wedding was  so amazing,  everyone was so sweet and kind.Lori and I work really well together and i hope i get a chance to shoot with her again.
